Hi, I’m Chloe the baker, dessert dreamer, and creative mind behind Pin DESSERTS. This little corner of the internet started from my kitchen counter and a desire to turn simple ingredients into desserts that feel like memories and look like art.
With over 8 years of passionate baking experience and a background in visual design, Chloe brings a unique approach to recipe development. She’s tested and perfected over 500 dessert recipes, each one crafted to be both delicious and visually stunning. Chloe specializes in transforming classic desserts into Pinterest-worthy creations while keeping recipes approachable for home bakers. At Pin DESSERTS, she oversees all recipe development, food photography, and ensures every post meets our quality standards before publication.
Meet Lena: Story Keeper & Recipe Mentor
Lena joined Pin DESSERTS after years of baking quietly and consistently first in her own kitchen, then in the kitchens of everyone she’s ever loved.
She spent most of her life as a teacher. Not of baking of people. She taught literature at a small school in the suburbs, and when the bell rang at the end of the day, she went home, tied on an apron, and baked. Not for content. Not for show. Just because it helped her think.
Chloe was once one of her students the kind who stayed after class, asked too many questions, and brought in lemon bars for extra credit. Years later, they reconnected.
After 25 years teaching literature and nurturing young minds, Lena brings the same careful attention to detail to Pin DESSERTS. With over 40 years of home baking experience passed down through generations, she serves as our recipe tester and editorial mentor. Lena ensures every recipe is tested for accuracy, clarity, and reliability. Her role includes proofreading instructions, testing measurements, and making sure each recipe works perfectly in a real home kitchen. She’s the voice that asks “But what if someone tries this for the first time?” keeping our content accessible and foolproof.

I don’t just post recipes. I design them. Every dessert starts with an idea, but it’s the photography, technology, styling, and layout that make you want to pin it. I work in color palettes, I sketch layouts in my Pin Notebook, and I always think about how it will look on your board before I even take the first bite.

You’ll notice I’m never just “sharing a chocolate cake.” It’s always with my dash of magic secret ingredient and a note about how I nearly burned it while Whiskers knocked a spoon off the counter. I like my recipes with a story, a little memory, and a clear reason to exist.
